I have had tremendous success with Passport Nissan of Alexandria. I recently leased my 5th Nissan from them. Karim my sales person is the absolute best along with all those; (Alan and Michael) involved with making the transactions successful. I very much encourage you not to buy from passport Nissan of Alexandria. I purchased and truck paid for in full a month ago. I spent most of the day at the dealership getting told you will be done soon and it not happening. Also it’s been almost a month and I have contacted them several times about not receiving my plate or registration yet and still being on temp tags and have received no answer back from them. They keep saying they will call back yet I receive no calls. Do whatever you can to stay away from this dealership... read more

I recently took my vehicle in for a check up. I was expecting to have to pay but thanks to the wonderful service and going the extra mile provided by my team member, who discovered that my services were covered by warranty still in effect, I had a zero balance and a smile on my face when I left!

I went in test drove a few vehicles , told him where what I was looking for and without any hassle or haggle , he was able to provide me with the vehicle that fits me and my needs. I can always count on him to be patient , provide guidance and to give me the dedicated time I need to make the best decision .
