I’ve already signed all the papers and am just waiting to give them a check and we have been waiting THREE HOURS to pay them. This is ridiculous. We asked if we could leave and come back when they were ready for us and they said if we leave they’d sell the car to someone else.

The staff is great. You can't go wrong with Passport of Alexandria. My salesman Diaz, my service man Jim is the BEST, Walter is special too. I have never had a bad experience there. This was the most painless car purchase I've ever made! Zero hidden fees and other things car dealers love to slip into the contract. I live out of state and will come to them for my next car purchase. This was the only time I left with a new car not feeling like I got ripped off.....I highly recommend!
