Super unimpressed with the manager. We got our preapproval and price through the USAA Trucar buying app. Everything was good to go, I even verbally confirmed the amount when I called to set up an appointment. Their price was off by $1,000, not in my favor. When I forwarded the email and confirmed the price via USAA, the sales associate, Tony said they would honor it since it was their error. Yeah Jia Lin and Alex treated us like kings bcuz they were always ready to help us n even went ahead to get water n coffee whilst we were waiting for the car,l thank them very much.
Jason helped me. Nicole was wonderful and even got me a smoothie while I was waiting . I purchased cars in the past and this was by far the best experience. Jason said he would find me the exact car I called about. However I fell in love with the grey leather instead of black. The other dealerships I visited wouldn’t even tell me if the leather and paint color of my choice was even produced. Jason was willing to “find the car you want”. Passport Nissan is professional and not pushy. I love my NIssan Rouge Sport
