Excellent customer service and they really take care of you!
I have dealt with this dealership for 40 years, back to the Datsun days. I have always been satisfied with their sales and more than satisfied with their service. Richard Stenzel has become more than "my mechanic" -- he's my automotive adviser and a friend. When I was in the other day and waiting for my car, several other customers and I began sharing our experience and agreed that we wouldn't go anywhere else, even for just an oil change. Loyalty and trust work both ways at Passport.
I live less than a mile from this dealership and own a Nissan truck. I have used their Service department twice and both times was very disappointed. The service advisors no nothing about service and it is very clear that they care nothing about the job, the product, or the customer. I will now gladly drive to another dealership more than 10 miles away to get good service. You have lost me as a customer for your service department and your sales department. What a horrible dealership.
