Horrible service! Do not come here! We set an appt through the corporate office as they requested. We showed up for the appointment and the nurse said we are not in the system. We had all 4 employees show up to get shot and the lady said sorry we can’t help you. Keep in mind she had no appointments in the time we were there. Very sketchy place and very messy office. The (1) nurse at the office that ran everything was very scatter brained. Please stay away! Go else where.

Overpriced, inaccurate, unresponsive, poor communication. Had to call general doctor to fix mistake due to lack of communication with both pharmacy and patient requests.
