Become one of the worse Vision clinics in the Tri-Cities absolutely terrible customer service never know anything about your insurance and tell you blatant lies I've been going there since I was 8 years old given this company thousands of dollars and still get treated I'm like I'm not a paying customer absolutely the worst place in the Tri-Cities to do for your vision needs the doctors don't listen to you and they rush you through because they have too many clients and lazy staff numbers I recommend no one goes to this place

I always have such a great experience when I go and trust me I have to go A Lot!! Dr James Sullivan and his tech Maria T are the best!!! Always listens and shows their support and concern... They always take their time to make sure all questions and concerns are addressed. They never rush me out

1st time we got my sons glasses ordered through PVC, it took 3 weeks. we ordered the lenses again for my sons glasses and it's going on 3 weeks. unacceptable !!!!

I loved the clinic when Dr. Waudtli ran the Pasco Vision Center. I have gone there for 10 years, but will not anymore. Customer Service is not on their list anymore!
