Truly was set up for success through groups in both PHP & IOP, I was greatly appreciative of how much my spark came back.
I highly recommend Pasadena Villa Outpatient for their programs. It is participation-based in a group setting, which I found intimidating at first, but quickly found beneficial. Pasadena Villa provides life changing mental health programming. The staff (and current intern) are knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest. No one ever "plans" to struggle with mental health issues. I started at Pasadena Villa with a pretty bad attitude; I was ignorant to the actual state of my mental health. I recently graduated from the PHP and IOP program from Pasadena and cannot recommend it enough. The therapists, psychiatrist, and even administrative assistant are fantastic and greatly helped with my anxiety and depression. I will miss them dearly!
