Simply put, Dr. Parul Goyal is excellent. I had my surgery 11/21/2022. I knew what to expect at the surgery center, and for recovery after, and everything went smooth. Already, I am experiencing the benefits of the surgery. My nasal airways and sinuses are far more open, and I am breathing much better. Very efficient
Dr Goyal is a wonderful person and doctor. He listens to my issues before he makes a determination. Very gentle when using his instruments and then explains everything in detail. His office girls are very pleasant and take care of you right away. I am very happy and would recommend him highly
To start with the office is extremely efficient and professional. I don't ever remember waiting longer than 5 minutes to be lead to a room or to have the Dr. entering after being seated. Then Dr. Goyal asks what the problem is while pulling up your file. He reviews your discussion as well as his records. He is very open to discussion and works with you to determine a pathway to treatment. He is very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Goyal.
Doctors Parul and Lindsey Goyal are a husband and wife team that are at the pinnacle of their field. My visits there relieved my fear and anxiety over the procedure and left me absolutely confident that I was in the best of hands. They explained my issues and the corrective procedure in a way that was easy to understand. Their expert knowledge in their field was very apparent. So courteous and yet so professional - one could not ask for nicer people. Thank you both!
Dr. Goyal came highly recommended by a friend of mine who is a nurse. I had deviated septum surgery 2 months ago by a different ENT and have had persistent mucus in my throat since. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Goyal. He explains what is going on, takes time to answer questions and doesn’t try to sell surgery if it’s not absolutely necessary. He did a great job on my husbands turbinate reduction and sinus surgery. We will always recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch ENT.
I am so glad I was referred to this office! After dealing with constant congestion and multiple sinus infections I finally have answers. Dr. Goyal and his staff are wonderful. They are kind, compassionate and professional. Melissa and Kristine are the best. I highly recommend this office.
