Told Dr. Goyal what issues I was having with my sinuses & very quickly did a facial scan of my sinuses to see what was going on. Also went up both nostrils with a scope after numbing them with a spray to see everything close up. Explained in detail what he saw. Let me ask questions & answered them. Very personable & not one of these doctors who has one hand on the doorknob when he's seeing you & ready to leave @ any second. Felt very comfortable in his office.
