Everything about this visit was first rate from the receptionist, to the PA and Dr. Goyal. I’ve been experiencing headaches with nasal congestion and post nasal drip. Upon arrival, I wasn’t seated for more than 2 minutes and taken back for a CT scan. Then taken to a room and the PA came in immediately. She was professional, thorough, and engaging. He was the second surgeon to address my nasal issues and the second Dr to perform surgery on me within a 16 month period with no relief from the first Dr or surgery which was a lot of healing time and grief, Dr Goyal performed a second surgery and the results were EXCELLENT after suffering for more than 2 years and the recovery was by far less painful and shorter than the first surgery I am very pleased with Dr.Goyal and his office.
I was sent do Dr. Royal for a procedure that no other physician would touch. Not only did he perform the operation flawlessly. The aftercare with him and his staff was amazing
The staff are helpful and cheerful Appointments are on time. Dr Goyal is thorough and welcome and responds to questions. He is skilled as a surgeon having removed a difficult growth perfectly. Sounds crazy but the experience in the office is so good that I almost look forward to the rather uncomfortable up the nose exams. Besides you can stop at Dinosaur BBQ afterwards.
I have been patient of Dr. Goyal for a few years now. I originally went in for chronic severe sinus headaches and a deviated septum. I recently devoloped a chronic nose bleed. He has tremendously help me out with all these issues. I travel almost 2 hrs for my visit and it is worth it. I recommended Dr. Goyal to a friend of mine recently and he was very impressed with his visit. Dr. Goyal and his staff are very professional, they listen to you and put the patient first. I highly recomend them.
Dr. Goyal is my hero. Ten years ago I was facing a tenuous future with a potentially fatal sinus cancer that was finally accurately diagnosed by Dr. Goyal. In a very tight time-frame he hand-delivered biopsy results to pathology, closely pursued the pathological conclusion, then mapped a surgical strategy and then secured an operating room for me within 36 hours – all over a weekend! First time reviewing a physician - Dr. Goyal was awesome. Memorable experience with a caring healthcare professional who spent the appropriate time ensuring that I was comfortable and understood next steps. Wholeheartedly recommend.
Dr. Goyal is wonderful. I had a build up of sinus debris that needed to be surgically removed. The surgery was very helpful. Now getting a cold does not mean I automatically also get a sinus infection. Very, very minimal wait time at office visits. Dr. Goyal explains things well and answered questions to my satisfaction.
