We have been with this practice for almost 10 years. The doctors are amazing, but because of their very rude receptionists, I am afraid that their business is bound to suffer. Customer service is everything and I suggest you all empty some of your ladies to clean up their acts, replace them, or suffer a loss in loyal clients.
