All three of my children see Dr. Diebel! She is very easy to talk to and listens to everything we have to say! In the 10 years since my oldest was born, we have never had a problem!
Take good care of the children. Very nice and politely to the patients. Very good experience.
We love Dr Brannon and the other doctors as well. We have seen all of them and they all take very good care of my children.
My son has been treated by Dr. Diebel before, and she's great with him (as are the majority of the doctors & nurses there), however yesterday was the most unpleasant experience we've had there - my husband & I were in the waiting room with a sick toddler for the better part of an hour (even though we had an appointment!!), and got quite frustrated by the fact that people who came in after us were called back much sooner than our son was; however once our child's name was finally called, everything went very quickly. Very nice receptionists, nurses, and we love Dr. McNally! Both locations have great office staff!
