Bad Vibes from the moment we walked in. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Very small hole in the wall doctors office. I am a group home owner. I brung one of my residents here to establish new care, because I didn't like the care his current pcp was giving him. So upon arriving the desk clerk was having issues with her computer we sat there while they took his information she notices that Terry Melvins (They Doctor) name is not on his insurance card she said i could reschedule or call to change his doctor. Dr. Melvin is great! Listens and replies promptly. Her office is small and easy to get in to. No steps or long walks! 1 patient in office at a time for a more sanitized visit! I am private care Nurse and would recommend to anyone needing care!
