The layout and space is really nice. The equipment available is top notch and a lot of training diversity with classes and activities. The combination of rehabilitation center along with a gym is a little different atmosphere from Gold's Gym, not as crowded or intimidating as some of the more commercial gyms can be. really comfortable place.

I enjoy going to Parrish, the staff well most of the us very friendly. I spoken with the staff at the front desk about making me watch FOX I have left on several occasion because of FOX.Why should I have to ask every morning to change the channel. Then I called in to see if all tv were on FOX and she stated " that's not her priority". We'll guess she does not have a son in Korea! When she has a son/ daughter in Korea then may become her priority. So on that note I have canceled my membership unless I can see something differ... read more

The staff was helpful knowledgeable and well dressed in scrubs from The Scrub Man. Did I mention they were well fed also?
They offer so many different choices of exercise at a low cost. You can't find their services anywhere else for the money!
