Teresa is my trainer and has helped me change my life! I have never felt this good about my body and I am so thankful!! Her Fri Bootcamp and Mon Powerhour are the perfect bookends to my week. She is a gem!!!
If they would only ban the news on the tv so my blood pressure wouldn't skyrocket I'd give it a 5 stsr
One of the best gym's around, the features, the people the equipment is all awesome and I love going and getting my workout in everyday.
This doctor is amazing! The love and care she shows her patients is beyond any I have ever experienced! Our family is so very blessed to have her at our side. My medically challenged special needs daughter was treated like a member of Dr. Taival's family! Such love, such compassion - I can't say enough wonderful, wonderful things about her as a doctor, but even more so as a human being! We are blessed!!!
My gym of choice. Good group, lots of classes, pool and yoga! Personal training at an extra cost.
I love this place! It's not only convenient, they have fitness classes for everyone and the instructors are excellent! When I needed lab work done, I was able to do it there, how convenient!. Great equipment for working out, swimming pools (my fav) and the massage therapists...this is the best fitness center I have ever held a membership. I highly recommend this place.
