This place is even more dysfunctional than their hospital I've been waiting for an hour to get a simple X-ray. Do not come here people go to Rockledge MRI they got it going on!
Great mix of people young and old. Encouraging staff and they really help you reach your goals. If you don't make it, you are still better off than when you were not exercising! Lots of choices on how to exercise are available.
I've moved A LOT and have lived all over the US...This is the friendliest, fastest, and cleanest urgent care facility that I have EVER been to! You guys are awesome! Thank you!
Its the best present my husband has ever given me. I love going to the gym, the staff is always friendly and willing to help you out. My husband now jokes that my boyfriend "Gym" spends more time with me than he does.

Not bad, has the essentials. Could use a little modernization and equipment upgrades once in a while. Staff are mostly friendly.
