The aqua aerobics classes are simply perfect for a good workout without hurting your joints. Wendy gives us a superior workout.

Fantastic facility, they love the troops, very clean, great equipment. I’d go to this gym over all the others in Titusville. In fact this is the only gym I go to after poor experiences at the other gyms.
I love my fitness family. Group classes with great instructors and wonderful classmate friends. We all work together to support our passion and each other. Come and join us!
We have been members for long time but my husband has had some health issues and were away for awhile. Nice clean workout gym with so many pieces of machines. I am partial to walking the trail but workout inside also.
Wonderful, helpful staff, many useful classes, wide variety of equipment, friendly members, great pools - therapy and lap - along with jacuzzi hot tub, steam room, and sauna. Convenient hours, too, and it comes with Florida Health Care Plan's Medicare Advantage!
No I would not! After signing a paper that they said would be best for me instead of terminating due to physically not being able to use the gym. I look at my account and they took out $84 without a notice. Shady business.... so they don’t call and say are you physically able to return to the gym? If not you will need to terminate or fill out other paperwork. No they just charge your account. And then act like you are crazy fir being upset that you charged my account when I was NOT physically able to use their gym!!!
