Good place for working out
love going there for exercise. Annoyed when the younger ones rush the seniors. Annoyed when the younger ones act like the seniors shouldn't even be there, bother taking care of their health.
Love working out but annoyed when seniors sit on one of the machines I have to use. They are here to socialize and use the machines as a park bench🤬! I brought it to the front desk and they told me to tell the ladies that you need the machine. Not my job! I’m here to improve my health and fitness. Parrish Health & Fitness do something !
Great team of trainers! The whole staff has always been like family!! Great classes....
