Over all easy to work with. However, they scored low. I bought over 5k in product with cash. Did a couple simple returns, One I got refunded the next day, thank you jim at salem store. The other it's been over a month since I returned the items. Just feel like I've been given the run around over $200 bucks. It shouldn't be this difficult.
