Part on MLK Portland refused flat out to cut 20 ft rebar length for me to thirds. Refused even though he said they have a cutter. Great customer service, especially at the Bend location
I am a female, home-owner who walked in today to get materials to seismic retrofit my house. One gentleman immediately offered help locating materials. An older, heavier-set man at the counter with the grey facial hair and wirey grey hair asked if I needed help. I said "No, one of the other guys is taking care of me. Thanks". To which he responded "Well, I'd like to say something' bout that, but they could fire me for it. Hahaha.". Covert sexism is still sexism. The worst ever!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I went from Beaverton, OR to there store in Vancouver, WA because they said they had the items needed. When I got there i paid for the items, when they were going to load them to my car they said they didn't have them. Such a waste of time and money for nothing. This is the works experience I've had in a store!!! Horrible service and management !!!!
You should have a sign on the door that says contractors only. if I'm buying a $3000 lumber package I would expect to be treated like a customer and not a nuisance.
