Great service, they always have or can find even the most obscure trim pieces. Prices are better than the big block stores and they even deliver.
Very rude staff. I have never been happy leaving this business and will likely not be using them again. Very high prices as well, there are much better options in Portland for building materials. Avoid sub-par Lumber
Put in an order on Monday at the NW 19 store and they said the would deliver the next day. Waited 2 days and no delivery and no communication. I went in and cancelled the order. They didn't even care to ask why. The delivery location was literally 5 blocks down the street. Won't use again.
We have been in the process of building our house as our own contractors. We have been working with Dawn Barnes at the Vancouver location. We cant say enough about how much help she has been! She replies to emails very promptly and has really exceeded in customer service. We ordered our joist and were told they wouldn't be able deliver them the day we expected due to a full truck. Unqualified counter help, lack of stock. Pretty bad when all you need is 2 1x2 8' and the counter help can seem to find in computer. Gave up going to Lowes, would have rather supported a local business but they left me no choice.
Ridgefield Washington store . Very nice. Troy was excellent with me and my little one I had with me. Ordered my Timbertech decking Monday morning and got delivered Tuesday afternoon!! (Which everyone else was 1-2 weeks out) Went to 4 other stores and Parr was the best and product on sale ,free shipping (over 300.00) which helps a lot. Delivery person was very helpful and super nice !! Kudos to both guys. Thank you.
