I compared prices around TriCities by phone. I talked to salesman and quoted me a price. I paid for materials $1,250.00 got a call back 2 hours later and told me the price was actually $1800.00 He said no managers were in, they were all out of town at meetings so could only get counter leadperson...like really, who does that?
We ordered lumber( for a customer) the lady sent wrong product. The customer had to go buy product at a different company ( ended up costing customer more money)Then the truck was supposed to pick up on a Monday .. didn’t show up til Thursday. They picked up lumber and it’s been sitting in yard. We Still have not received refund (10 days we’ve been waiting)We paid cash and every time we call they say “ we haven’t gotten to it yet!” This shouldn’t take this long to get our refund back especially when the product wasn’t touche... read more
