We make a variety of Italian meat products such as Prosciutto, Capicollo, Salami, Pancetta, Fresh & Smoked Sausages and much more. We are family owned and operated and have been in the Strip District of Pittsburgh since 1954. We use traditional Italian recipes passed down from generation to generation and make all the products on-site in our 4-story facility equipped with aging rooms and smoke house ovens. *Every weekend we make a limited supply of a specialty sausage. Stop in this weekend to see what it will be!*

The guanciale was fantastic. The prosciutto shank was a great deal as well. My only regret is that I didn't buy more of everything.
Love the sicilian sausage, get the hot suppresota, hard salami and the genovetta every time we go down to the strip.
Love love love the Sicilian sausage, & tried some seasonal kielbasa, wish I knew the name of it.. It was delish also.. Yummmmm
