We make a variety of Italian meat products such as Prosciutto, Capicollo, Salami, Pancetta, Fresh & Smoked Sausages and much more. We are family owned and operated and have been in the Strip District of Pittsburgh since 1954. We use traditional Italian recipes passed down from generation to generation and make all the products on-site in our 4-story facility equipped with aging rooms and smoke house ovens. *Every weekend we make a limited supply of a specialty sausage.
