We make a variety of Italian meat products such as Prosciutto, Capicollo, Salami, Pancetta, Fresh & Smoked Sausages and much more. We are family owned and operated and have been in the Strip District of Pittsburgh since 1954. We use traditional Italian recipes passed down from generation to generation and make all the products on-site in our 4-story facility equipped with aging rooms and smoke house ovens. *Every weekend we make a limited supply of a specialty sausage. Stop in this weekend to see what it will be!*

RecommendedWhile we love Parma Sausage, we won't be back to the strip. Today we got our first parking ticket in over 35 years. All the lots were full or closed. Previously free parking now has no parking signs. We will miss you.

Love to visit Parma. The staff is great they help with any questions. You can sample any meats that you want (other than freash raw of course). Nice pieces of ends for soups and bean dishes. Bacon is great, just wish they would bring back Peppered bacon! A must stop while visiting the Strip!
Was visiting from out of town and was walking the strip and found this place. Bought some items and took home. Wish I would have bought more.
