My husband is undergoing chemotherapy, so when he developed pain in his ankle, we worried about a blood clot. We only waited a few moments before being seen in triage. If I could give this ER no stars I would. I understand it is the time of year when the ER gets busy but how you could misdiagnose a painful kidney stone, and then make my poor husband wait in extreme pain for ten hours when I took him back, run tests but never bother to give us results is beyond me. I took him to Fairview instead where he was correctly diagnosed and got the hydration and pain medication he needed. We are never returning and I'll drive the extra way to Fairview the next time we need help. And we are not payin... read more
Would prefer southwest after few bad experience at Parma emergency
Worst.
Two different experience with both of my teenage boys and the ER has definitely not been a good experience for either one of my kids..4hr wait to treat my 16 year old with a fractured hip and a 3 hr wait to treat my 14 year old who was in so much pain he was shaking.We will NEVER go back to Parma ER...
Worst emergency room in the world! Average time too get seen is 4+ hours! Somebody needs to do something about this, even if it takes hiring some more people!
