Went in for afib and fhey wanted to send me home instead of fixing me. Spent 2 days in er instead of being admitted to ccu and the best part i am on 2 different heart medicines and was never given my medicine to control the afib. Had to have daughter bring in my medicine from home. They said because i had a history of afib they couldnt do anything. This is the worst hospital, and should be shut down. Last Thursday I went here for chest pain and not being able to breath. They told me a have a partially collapsed lung, and sent me home, was told back to come back next day at the radiology office to get another X-ray. When I went back I was refused!!! Went back to ER and was refused by them too! I then went to Fairview hospital, and was told that they talked with the doctor who read my first X-ray and I am to follow up with them on Monday. Would never go here. After 2 hours of waiting, my son in law asked nicely if my daughter was next. She told him to sit down until called. I'd have told her where to put her damn clipboard. Just a couple more hours of waiting and we may as well go to her regular doctors office. Very unorganized and inefficient. Staff more people or hire more competent and patient friendly ones.
In the past week we have been here for my son needing stitches twice. Once in leg three stitches and today stitches in his arm!?.. I am beyond pleases with the staff and the doctors that helped out both times the primary Provider was Joseph,Gary Do. And Johnson, Erik K PA-C thank you for everything and knowing how to calm and relax and make him feel comfortable so thank you very much
