The wait for room was over 4 hours then 5 more to get results of simple tests and tech never did get iv in but after several attempts and black and blue all over did get blood . Very rude and acted as though they were being imposed upon. Sad because hospital and cancer center are both awesome !! ER acts as though all patients are stupid

I received a call from work to leave and come take my 3 year old to the ER. He had fell and had a good size cut in the back of his head. The ER was very busy but everyone was extremely understanding with a scared 3 year old. They got him back to the back stitched him up and gave him a popsickle and a little bear to comfort him. Everyone was great!

Brought our three year old in complaining about chest pains associated with a harsh cough and when she would breath. We also informed them we had heard rattling in her chest. After sitting in the waiting room for over three hours I witnessed plenty of patients get triaged and returned to the waiting room, but not a single patient get taken back to actually get treated.
