The first time I came here was about a year ago. Two other emergency units couldn't figure out why I was having so much pain, but Parma Hospital quickly discovered I had kidney stones. Now I'm here again because of that built trust. I went to the ER when I read my fever at 102.6 and they were quick to get me in and get everything started! Very slow , came in around 3:30 and I still have not been called back . The lady at check in keeps saying there is one in front of you . Ran very poorly . Got called back to be put in the hall . Told I need more test . But I'm in the hall . No privacy. Complete violation of my hipaa rights .
Your hospital is dirty and is so slow! The emergency room is a joke 2 hours in the waiting room and not 1 person was called back to be seen but oh they sure called me fast for my insurance info!!
