what a great local addition to the southside. A huge variety on the menu to please most people (so much more than doughnuts) Cute atmosphere and plenty of parking. you’d never guess it used to be Wendy’s.
The donuts are great. But it takes 23min to get a breakfast sandwich and it was still frozen on the inside.
The selection of donuts was awesome, probably the best donuts I've ever had!
Yeah I dont see this place being around for long.
Afternoon staff seems untrained and indifferent to providing service. Order was not prepared correctly and product was just tossed in the box. Order presentation was awful. Refund requested and granted. Other customers returned to the counter with order corrections and were met with similar attitudes. Parlor, you have a great product but your staff needs additional training. Hopefully it's addressed before your business tanks.
