Resident at Parkwood Village Apartments Wow...! I really dont even know how to explain it but I am amazed of all the changes that this property has done in a period of 9 month. I mean I have been living here since November 2011 and I have notice these past 9 month that there are putting new windows on the apartments, the grounds are looking amazing with pretty flowers. Not the greatest. Large size apartments, but management isn't helpful nor is maintenance. Good size for the price but hardly any amenities and they don't allow pets. Access to the Wolfline is great but it's not enough to justify living here.
Parkwood Village Apartments is not good enough. This was one of the apartments I looked at while deciding on a place to stay. The apartments are just too small at most places and not well maintained. My friends who stayed here constantly complained about roaches and also the management.
