Make sure you read the contract and know what your getting into. This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in due to management, the main lady is NEVER there and all of the other workers will always say they can’t do anything to help you that the manager has to, but after 2 weeks of you coming in repeatedly then they change their minds and can help. They are wishy washy with what they tell you.
Two parking passes for a three bedroom apartment? Yeah that makes TONS of sense.
We moved to the Orem area from Cleveland about 6 months ago. We weighed out 3 properties: Parkway Lofts, The Aston, and Midtown 360. After deciding on Parkway Lofts we bought it "blind", and were super happy with it. We moved into building A, were the first people to live in the unit, and on the day we moved in they had doughnuts, soda, and water for us. My daughter, and 5 other out of state college students moved into Parkway at the beginning of August. It is a nice apartment, and things were fine until this past week. The lease does not specify that parking is limited to 2 vehicles per apartment, but they are now trying to enforce this policy. Anyone familiar with this area knows that 95% of the residents are college students, and there is not an easy way to get to the college other than by car.
