RecommendedMy friends and I moved over from Wolverine Crossing. The pricing was about $100 cheaper a month (per roomate) which was great. Orem Central station and the bridge over the freeway to UVU are right next to the complex, which is very convenient. The amenities are great, and do not feel crowded. The office staff is friendly and honest. The only thing is the WiFi has gone out at the complex a few times more than at Wolverine Crossing, but other than that we have had a great experience. Parkway lofts is very nice compared to what we had before. It is close to UVU campus and now that they are building a bridge practically connecting the school to the apartment complex. The hot tub, rock wall, and gym are great and the front office staff has worked with us whenever we need it. I have enjoyed my time living here and see no reason to leave soon
I have lived at parkway lofts for coming up on two years now and have had a great experience. Before moving in I was so nervous about all of the hyped up requirements by management for parking, amenities, pets, garbage, etc... and I have had zero issues. I feel like I have been able to live somewhere safe, nice, clean...The security guards at the pool after hours are nice, and I have never had an issue getting a hold of management if I had a question or needed help. I would not recommend this place to anyone! They treat their good residents like garbage because they know they will pay. The management has changed so many times in my time there where they promise you certain things and they end up being empty promises that carry no weight. Moving out is a scam where they tack on all the fees to get extra money. They say call us anytime and they NEVER answer the phone. Do Not Rent From Them!

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It's filthy, dog poop everywhere, trash throughout the halls at all times of day, theres been a food stain on the floor in our hallway so long the dogs won't even try to touch it anymore. AND THE NOISE. Our neighbors would run through their apartment screaming at all hours, leading us to talk to office staff, security, and management. The complex appears nice on the outside, but the grounds are not cleaned. Dog poop literally everywhere. Trash left outside doors for days at a time. (The individual apartments are very nice, at least mine was.) Lots of hidden fees when you move out - I always paid my rent on time, gas and electric are charged from a third party, yet I have 8 remaining charges on my account for over $400?
