This place is horrible! They way over charge when you move out. Did you know that they are supposed pro rate the carpet life instead of just always charging the flat $250 per room, so says their lease. By law wear and tear are allowed based on how long you have lived there. If you were charged a ridiculous amount at move out for paint and repairs because they claim the apartment should be in new condition please message me. I have been trying to call Parkway Lofts for about 4 days now regarding my lease. I am unable to come in and speak with them as I am in a different state for the summer. I’ve had no response and sent several voicemails.
Living there was the worst experience ever! They overcharge for everything and find any way they can to take money from you! Office staff is rude and incompetent.
Not worth it . They over charge
RecommendedBest apartments in Utah county and perfect for young working professionals and their families. Parkway has a beautiful clubhouse with a large fitness center, so no need to pay for a separate gym membership anymore. It also has a theater, bowling alley, game room, and resort style pool/hot tub area. The patio has fire pits and plenty of lounging areas as well as a couple of BBQ grills. Close to UVU and a short drive to the Thanksgiving Point area. Not cheap, but worth the price.
I have lived here for a year, and just signed another lease. The thing I love most about Parkway Lofts are the people who live here. They are kind, clean, and go out of their way to help each other. We have awesome community events that help us know each other better. If you want clean, quiet, and respectable...you want to live at Parkway Lofts.
If only I could give less than 1 star. The amenities certainly are incredible, however they are only a front for the terrible management. I have been hit with multiple hidden fees, so have many other apartments that I am aware of. I have been charged severely late without previously being notified, along with other fees. Management is incompetent. They never had a straight answer to give me when I had questions about charges and clearly didn't care to help me understand.
