I have been using Parkway for a few years now. They are a good cleaners, and I would recommend to anyone. They have always done a good job on my clothes. I just started using their pick up and delivery service a few months ago though, and have found it WONDERFUL! It is great to not have to stop by the dry cleaners once or twice a week anymore.
I have only used Parkway twice now. Once a few months back for a comforter and then a week ago for three button shirts of my husbands. I utilized the pick up service as I have a newborn and a four year old. They charged me over $55 for the service on my account yet my tag said $7.55 for the three shirts on the tag. Very good cleaners. I have been using them for years - never had any problems with lost or ruined clothes. They were able to get red wine off my wedding dress without ruining it! I definitely recommend them, especially for stained items.
Despite the previous review, I've never had a problem with them. The customer service is excellent and I've had several things mended and altered (mostly jeans shortened). If the occasional mistake happens, such as a hole isn't mended, they are apologetic and fix it for me. They also try it as much as I want when there's a spot for the cost of the first time.
