It's a safe... (Verified Renter) It's a safe place to call home and the size and layout of the units is great.
Very clean, safe... (Verified Renter) Very clean, safe and quiet community. Lack of amenities and the dog barking noise in relation to rent would be only negative.
If You Value Sleep - Reconsider... Lived there. Had neighbors above me who were late nighters - put together furniture at 1 AM on a work night. Apartment manager felt if was my issue to deal with, even w/ a written letter from the tenants acknowledging the late night activity.

Great place to live. First of Shannon is great. The apartment is beautiful and very well maintained. If and when somthing needs fixed it's done in a reasonable time. Love that the YMCA is just accross the street. The schools here are great as well. We couldn't have chosen a better place to live.
