Apartments are really nice! Well-maintained inside as well as the grounds surrounding apartments. Manager is friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond. Great location just a short distance from I-5, 101, and surrounding cities. Convenient to Kettleview Park. Feels like home!
If You Value Sleep - Reconsider... Lived there. Had neighbors above me who were late nighters - put together furniture at 1 AM on a work night. Apartment manager felt if was my issue to deal with, even w/ a written letter from the tenants acknowledging the late night activity.

Great place to live. First of Shannon is great. The apartment is beautiful and very well maintained. If and when somthing needs fixed it's done in a reasonable time. Love that the YMCA is just accross the street. The schools here are great as well. We couldn't have chosen a better place to live.
I love parkview! I can't wait to move back! The area is great and the park is a real plus. There is a walking trail around the park to walk and toys for the kids! Very comfortable plus the staff really watches out for you!
Just signed second lease. Its home for my boys and me. Close to high school is a plus and freeway!
Quality construction, location, awesome staff & management, large breed friendly.
