(Verified Renter) The apartments are so well designed and constructed, the location is ideal and convenient, the environment is beautiful and peaceful, the landscape is well maintained, I feel safe here, the residents are nice and friendly and Maintenance/Management is top notch.

I feel like there should be a dedicated smoking area far away from the windows, but I understand that there's not much we can do about it per the law. When it gets warmer all that cigarette smoke is going to get into our homes. Other than this one problem, everything is good here.

I would definitely... (Verified Renter) I would definitely recommend this complex to family and friends. Shannon was amazing. This was a beautiful place to live for my father in his last days. When he passed in December, Shannon and Rick were both so helpful in getting our apartment ready to rent again. We are so grateful to them both!
