Verified Renter Very Happy Here! The manager (Shannon) is great as are the maintenance staff (which I very rarely have to call on, as the units are well constructed). Grounds maintenance is top-notch as well.
Verified Renter Lovely place to live! Spent one year in a one bedroom unit. Property management and maintenance is friendly and considerate. Property and units are well maintained and they are very considerate of tenants with pets.
My only reservations... (Verified Renter) My only reservations would be about the amount of noise from upstairs neighbors if one is on the first floor and possibly the high monthly rent given that there is no gym, business center, etc.
