Verified Renter Loving it so far! Im very happy with my apartment, and the nearby amenities. It's a very pretty area, feels very safe and the YMCA is practically next door.

Verified Renter Loved here for 2 years I have lived her for 2 years and it has been good. Very quiet area and has been safe, or so i feel it is.
Verified Renter Very Happy Here! The manager (Shannon) is great as are the maintenance staff (which I very rarely have to call on, as the units are well constructed). Grounds maintenance is top-notch as well.
Verified Renter Lovely place to live! Spent one year in a one bedroom unit. Property management and maintenance is friendly and considerate. Property and units are well maintained and they are very considerate of tenants with pets.
My only reservations... (Verified Renter) My only reservations would be about the amount of noise from upstairs neighbors if one is on the first floor and possibly the high monthly rent given that there is no gym, business center, etc.
