Verified Renter Dryer & Microwave Maintenance We submitted maintenance requests for our dryer and microwave. Shannon contacted me to offer other options until maintenance was completed. I appreciate the office taking time to ensure our living requirements were not interrupted in the meantime. When Rick arrived, he was very professional and courteous. He explained everything that was to be done and the followups required. This team ROCKS! I am always very impressed with their efficiency and attention to detail.
