They are a bait and switch outfit. Advertise 2018 Equinox month long sale. Went out today, They did not have any on the lot. Salesman said they had a 2019 that he could probably get for me. Then he went and talked to his Manager. Oh that car was sold. They were going to take the advertised sale off. It was on their website and also on TV. Not worth my time. Bad business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst car buying experience! After test driving a car, I went to finance the car to be told that the advertised price would not be honored on CarGurus because they would lose money, but behold, the price is now changed on CarGurus to reflect what they now want for the car. Horrible business practices and to say the least, I walked out and told them to lose my number!

Bought a truck with a few problems that I signed a sheet that they would fix them. I have called multiple times, even left a manager a message and been given the run around and not a single call back. I can’t even drive the truck I paid the full asking price for out of town till the problems are fixed. This is very aggravating
It was far and away the nicest experience I’ve ever had when buying a new car. Steve Radakovich was very easy to work with!
