My husband an i drove over 90mi twice now to look at a vehicle to only get told sorry its alrighty sold.
Just purchased a Equinox from Marcus Tuggle today. I came in to look at a jeep but unfortunately could not get approved bc of negative equity on my current car but they were nice and showed me other options that they thought i may like and knew that I could get approved for. Enjoyed my experience and glad to be out of my old car!
My Salesman, Mark Hurt, was very professional. Listened to my needs and desires in choosing a new vehicle. He made the car buying process very easy and even fun. I very much appreciated that the other salesmen at Parks Motors didn't attack and pressure me into buying a car from them. I walked off other car lots because of that!
Parks Chevrolet provided our most enjoyable car-buying experience to date. We were looking for a very specific vehicle. Since December 2012, I have purchased 4 vehicles from Parks Chevrolet. Three were new Corvettes and the latest is a pre-owned GMC Terrain. Every time has been a great experience. Bought a used car from these guys. When I go to drive it off the lot, the battery is dead. They claim that they left the battery on when they were getting it ready and it should charge up just by the time I get home. No such luck, it's dead when I get home. I have a buddy drive me to get a new one and take the dead one back to Parks the next day (the day after I drove the car off the lot) and they don't even test the dead battery just tell me I'm out of luck and they can't help me.
