One star Cannot believe this place. First of all you run a car on Facebook for a certain price then when my parents get there to look at it you say the car is priced 500 dollar more than what you have it listed because you say that in the small print it says that you must have at least a 500 dollar trade in. No where on Facebook add does it say that. Then you try to charge 700 dollars for paper work fee after we decided to get the car. I have never heard of any car lot that would do this. Me and my boyfriend got out 2007 GMC Yukon and we are in love thanks to Deborah!! I recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle.
Bought some bolts here and the parts manager rudely told me he couldn’t return since he didn’t have part number even though I knew the part number. Will no longer shop here.
Everyone should go check out parks Chevrolet and ask for Josh Urbanek he is very knowledgeable and very helpful and made my car buying experience very easy!
