We bought a truck at Parks on 9/29, called 1st to tell them what we had to offer and if they would be able to make that happen if we liked the truck as we were coming from a ways away and didn't want to make the trip of they wouldn't. Horrible costumer service, they lie about what they will give you for a trade in, I purchased a brand new 2018 Malibu at parks almost two years ago and just went to sell it to them. Yesterday they told me they would give me $13,500 and today when I asked for a purchase agreement the number had changed to $10,500. They also ran my credit 37 times and dropped my credit score over 60 points. It’s been almost two years now and my credit score is almost back to what it was before I bought my car there.
These people are a bunch of crooks! Don’t waste your time. Sold me a car with rotted out tires and their customer service is terrible. They will never call you back even though they say they will.
