First let me say that all the staff is very professional and pleasant to deal with and my rating for them is 5 star. I have been a patient for over a decade at the Southside location. However, their scheduling system needs some reworking and I have talked to the practice manager Brandy about this. Ginger Mullins, PA‐C is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. I always feel heard. She has always provided the best care for me and my husband. Everyone in the office has always been welcoming and professional.
They have the absolute worst and rudest answering service I've ever seen. Totally unhelpful and they hang up on you when you try to get help. The regular office doesn't answer your calls or call you back when you leave a message either.
I was assigned Steven Smith . Super happy with this guy! I felt like I could talk too him. He got right on everything he needed to do too help me . I hope I can just stay with him for a long time.
