Listen, I love Dr Wiles, he is fantastic and I have zero complaints about his work. But he needs a new office staff or manager or something. I drove 4 hours to get here, in thick fog, to get my medical records in person after being ignored by the office staff for weeks. My doctor submitted 3 faxed requests for my records and they only admitted receiving the last one, but they still never acted on it.
