A very pleasant experience at the Parkridge bone and muscles office a pleasant staff respectful and actually not a long wait to have my name called, very friendly staff,easy to understand I am impressed.
This place is HORRIBLE all around. No one looks out for your health and if you try to advocate for yourself they will then have a manager come into your appointment but couldn’t say a single word to me. Dr Panwik ignored my pain and put me through MONTHS of circles and finally when surgery was an option I would not move forward because a few days prior to surgery my questions were not answered so I had to go in office to get on the same page as my surgeon DAYS before surgery. Doctor and staff are amazing here. They listened to my problems and addressed the issue I was having. They were very helpful to me with every aspect.
