Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? My family have been going for over a year now and the only rude and unfriendly person we have experenced is from a front desk person named lynette. The tone of her voice and words chosen over the phone was rude and in person her body language with no eye contact and no smiling everytime we need to communicate with her is very unwelcoming and rude. she needs customer service training or a position that dosnt deal with the public. she dose not represent the company in a positive light.
