Used for approx. four years. Service has not been good last month, especially last two weeks, even without showing up. Texted and emailed Parker, no response. First time I saw and hired him, have never once seen him at my home in those four years. Large shrub just fell over into driveway, possibly injuring expensive lighting. Still no response. Recent widow, incapable of doing anything. What is going on. I asked him to contact me for continuing service or not. No response.
I had been using Parker landscaping for about a year now. This spring when everything green really started to pop up, Parker landscaping is no where to be found. They keep charging me for work they never show up for. Onto of that I've called them multiple times, sent many a test messages and survey reviews trying to get ahold of them concerning payments and my lawn not being handled like they charged me to do.
