I had a broken limb on my Parker Buck Buster Cross Bow. I sent it in to Parker for repair received it back within 10 days without a charge. Josh Rowzie was great to work with.
I own the tornado xxtreme crossbow took it out of the box put it together which most of it was already together.took it outside and first 3 shots at 20 yards was bullseye. This is a sweet shooting crossbow 365 fps cant go wrong with this one.
My crossbow limb splintered during my last hunt for no apparent reason. I contacted the shop and they provided me with an RMA# to send it back under warranty. I have the new bow riser back with new strings in about a week. Great Service!
Great looking and feeling shirts and hats I feels like u can wear anywhere I got stuff on my shirt eating a hot dog and I still able to wear it the hat got a strong snapback so. A mess is nice too

My first and only crossbow I would ever own , I tried all the other but the Parker shot better and felt better to me . After shooting mine my boys went and got them a Parker also , 5 Star �

Great Customer Service! Every time I call someone is always there to pick up the phone and assist. I also am very satisfied with my Parker Thunder Hawk. I have slain many deer with this bow.
I purchased the Thunderhawk crossbow a couple years ago and love it! I shot a compound all my life but recent shoulder problems made me switch to a crossbow. I did a lot of research online and decided on a Parker. I'm glad I did. The Thunderhawk fits my shooting stance perfectly. It "feels" very comfortable and not heavy at all. This crossbow is very fast and quiet. I proudly show off my Parker sticker in the back window of my truck. If you want a great crossbow, go with Parker!
