Love my Parker Challenger!!! Light, and fast. And powerful.
Bought my first crossbow 9/16/17. I never shot a crossbow, but was going to buy one anyway, because I was never any good with a compound bow, but very efficient with a shot gun. I was able to shoot the very model I bought (Thunder Hawk) just before made the purchase. Parker reps were on site the same day (Pats Sporting Goods in Chester VA) The reps were great, and answered any questions I had. Have owned my Parker Enforcer for 4 years now and cannot say enough about the quality and workmanship on this product.. Sighted in one time, check it a the beginning of season and it drills nails.. Parkers Lifetime warranty and being a local company sold me. If you'r lookin for the best, most dependable, and only bow you will ever need to buy, go Parker....
I have owned a safari Magnum crossbow for about 7 years now and was having some issues with it. I wasn't sure how to deal with them so I called the Parker Co. and spoke with Todd he was very Knowledgeable and helped me through the complete process. I shipped the crossbow to them Everything went exactly as he told me it would and and I was only without my crossbow for 3 days I couldn't be any more satisfied. My next archery equipment will also be from Parker Co.(thanks guys)
Purchased my Tornado F4 in June of 2016. Roughly 50 bolts through it and the string broke. Called Parker and talked to Todd. He was very helpful and empathetic. He gave me complete instructions. I will update upon completion but standing behind your product is the fastest way to guarantee my future business. Stay tuned, but I expect no problems. I purchased a challenger 2 for my son so while all ready having Another crossbow I have noticed what to look for this little bow right out of the box was close scope is crystal clear smooth trigger pull small and compact I like it so much I might just hunt with it when he doesn't
